Our remediation services range from programme health-checks and delivery capability reviews through to ‘get-to-green’ interventions and full-blown programme rescues.

Domain Matters consultants have remediated large-scale business transformation and technology programs (both Buy and Build) for organisations including JP Morgan; RBC Investor Services; HSBC Global Markets; Deutsche Bank; Commerzbank; BNP Paribas; SocGen and Credit Agricole. Programme scale typically ranges from $10m – $30m annual spend.

We often start with an initial 3-4 week review, carried out by a senior consultant using our proprietary review framework, comprising 16 themes ranging from Governance Model to Operational and Client Readiness.

Deliverables:

  • a detailed report containing actionable recommendations for programme remediation covering, inter alia: Scope, Sponsorship, Requirements Traceability, Solution, Risk & Issue Management, Vendor Management, Delivery Capability, Budget and Planning;
  • if required, a small Domain Matters team to augment the existing organisation from Program Management and PMO through to Business and Technology Architecture.
